About the job German Sales Representative - Athens

A global customer experience technology and services company focused on the design, implementation and delivery of transformative solutions for many of the worlds most iconic and disruptive brands. They offer customer experience consulting, software, and technology services at the intersection of contact centre, CRM, AI and analytics.

In this role, you will be working in a Customer Success-focused, where the main responsibilities involve: Managing existing customer accounts Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities Acting as the point of contact for ongoing support and relationship building.

Conditions on offer: 

  • Permanent Contract 
  • Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm (3 different shifts: 9-17/ 10-18/ 11-19) 
  • On-Site with possibility to Hybrid after 9 weeks based on performance

Requirements: 

  • Fluent level of German (C2) and good English skills (B2+) 
  • Bachelors degree is often preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.) 
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, account management, or customer success roles
  • Previous use of CRM tools (f.e Salesforce) 
  • Experience in B2B software or tech sales is a strong plus Comfort with digital tools and cloud-based software
