We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to support customer interactions for a global tobacco brand. This full-time role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and requires proficient Azerbaijani and strong English skills (spoken and written).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Investigate and resolve issues efficiently
• Build warm, friendly conversations that leave customers feeling supported
• Collaborate with a positive and supportive team to achieve shared goals

What we need

• Fluency in Azerbaijani and good command of English
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• A detail-oriented, proactive, and organized approach
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday
• Please note: Candidates must have the legal right to work in Bulgaria (work authorization required).
