We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to support customer interactions for a global tobacco brand. This full-time role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and requires proficient Azerbaijani and strong English skills (spoken and written).

What You'll Be Doing:
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information about products and services
Investigate and resolve issues efficiently
Build warm, friendly conversations that leave customers feeling supported
Collaborate with a positive and supportive team to achieve shared goals
What You Need:
Fluency in Azerbaijani and good command of English
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
A detail-oriented, proactive, and organized approach
Willingness to work in rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday
Please note: Candidates must have the legal right to work in Bulgaria (work authorization required).
