Your Role

• Support customers via phone, email, or chat with product and technical queries.

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT or service-related issues.

• Guide users through system setups and basic configurations.

• Document customer interactions and escalate complex cases when required.

• Deliver a friendly, solution-oriented, and professional customer experience.

• Follow company processes and contribute to meeting performance goals.

What Were Looking For

• Fluent,  C2 level Danish.

• Good command of English (B2+).

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Motivation to work in a customer-focused role.

• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (depending on project needs).

• Willingness to relocate to Greece if not already based here.
