We are looking for a German-speaking Player Support Specialist to join an international gaming project in Sofia, Bulgaria.

You will support players with their inquiries and help provide a smooth and positive gaming experience.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Work Model: On-site
Schedule: Full-time, rotational shifts
Languages: German & English
Relocation Support: Available

Job Responsibilities

• Assist players with account and service-related inquiries
• Provide clear and professional customer support
• Resolve player issues efficiently and accurately
• Ensure a positive player experience throughout each interaction

Requirements

• Fluent German
• Fluent English
• Eligible to work in the EU
• Willing to work on-site in Sofia
• Comfortable working rotational shifts
• Interest in gaming is a plus
