Support customers of a premium technology and household-appliance brand with sales, after-sales, product, order and delivery inquiries. You'll also perform technical troubleshooting using digital and video-support tools.

• Remote within Greece
• €1,045.72 gross/month
• Performance bonus up to €150
• Rotating shifts between 09:00–21:00
• Italian: C1/native
• English required for internal communication
• Previous customer service/support experience required
• Initial contract: 8 months
• Full training provided
