Danish-speaking E-Commerce Customer Service Agent – Remote, Greece
Join an international e-commerce customer service team supporting customers with orders, payments, deliveries, returns, missing parcels and complaints via phone and email. No previous experience is required; retail or e-commerce experience is an advantage.
Key details: Remote anywhere in Greece | €1,300 gross/month | Productivity bonus up to €200/month | €400 gross/month accommodation bonus during the first year | Rotating shifts 09:00–21:00 | Danish native/fluent | English B2+ | Initial 8-month contract.
Important Info: Candidates must already reside in Greece and have a valid work permit/right to work in Greece.
