Dutch-speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor – Sofia, Bulgaria

Assist customers with shipment and delivery inquiries, including delivered, delayed, undelivered or lost parcels. Support is provided by phone and email.

Key details: Hybrid – approximately 1 week/month in the Sofia office | €1,690 gross/month | Dutch + English | Monday–Saturday, shifts between 08:00–21:00 | 3 weeks training | Starts: 25 September or 9 October. Relocation support is subject to the conditions applicable to hybrid roles.

WFO + WFA = hybrid position

Important for all Bulgaria vacancies: candidates must already have valid documents permitting them to work in Bulgaria.
