Danish-speaking Roadside Assistance Agent – Athens, Greece

Join the Daimler Trucks & Buses customer support team, primarily assisting commercial vehicle customers with roadside emergencies such as breakdowns, flat tires and towing. You will coordinate assistance with dealers, technicians and third parties while also handling general customer service inquiries.

Key details

• Remote-first, but candidates must be based in Athens
• €1,300 gross/month
• Productivity bonus: up to €100/month
• Relocation support provided
• Monday–Friday with occasional weekends
• Rotating shifts across 24/7 coverage
• Danish: C1/native
• English: B2
• Initial 8-month contract, with possibility of extension
• Initial 2-week on-site training plus periodic workshops in Piraeus
