What You Will Do

  • Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian and English
  • Assist with product inquiries, orders, and after-sales support
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex cases when required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

Requirements

  • Norwegian communication skills required (C1 level or above)
  • Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
