      Your Responsibilities

      Inbound Support: Assist French-speakingcustomers via phone, email, and chat.

      Tech Navigation: Guide users through in-car digital systems, navigation apps, and connectivity features.

      Brand Excellence: Deliver a sophisticated service experience that matches the quality of a world-class luxury brand.

      Data Management: Use our CRM tools to document interactions.

      Requirements

      Native or C1 French and B2 Englishproficiency.

      A passion for the automotive industry and modern technology.

      High emotional intelligence and professional communication skills.

      Valid EU Passport or Greek work permit.
