Location: Athens, Greece (remote available for selected teams)
Work Model: On-site or remote
Language: Portuguese (native or C1) + English (B2)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Rotational shift between 08.00 - 20.00 (occasional weekends in some teams)
Salary: €1,045.72 – €1,100 gross/month, paid over 14 times a year

What you'll do

• Be the first point of contact for Portuguese-speaking users via phone, chat, email and social media
• Solve technical issues with apps, devices, accounts and online services, and assist with payments, refunds and subscriptions
• Escalate complex cases and follow up until they are resolved

What we're looking for

• Native-level or C1 Portuguese and B2 English (C1 for some teams)
• Strong written communication, good PC skills and typing speed of 25+ WPM
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment (customer support experience is a plus; some teams require 1+ year)
