Italian & English Legal Support – Lisbon (Relocation Support)

Position Overview

• Role: Backoffice Specialist / Legal Support Professional
• Key Focus: Non-client facing! You will not deal directly with passengers or clients. Instead, you will liaise with lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEB) to manage passenger rights cases and resolve regulatory situations before they reach court.
• Language Requirements: Fluent in Italian & Proficient in English
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Work Model: On-site

Schedule & Hours

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off!)
• Shift Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Portuguese Time)

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross Salary: 1,100€ per month (paid over 14 months)
• Meal Allowance: 7.63€ (net) per working day
• Performance Bonus: 175€ per 11 months
• Attendance Bonus: 75€ per 11 months

Key Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Italian
• Strong working knowledge of English
