Position: Customer Service Representative (English Speaker)
Location: Athens, Greece

Key Responsibilities

• Assist English-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.

• Ensure a professional and customer-focused approach.

Requirements

• Languages: English (C1 or higher, mandatory).

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work night shifts on-site in Athens.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, night shifts.

• 2 rotating days off per week.
