Location: Athens, Greece (On-site or Remote within Greece)

📅 Start Date: April & May

 Shift: Rotational (09:00 – 19:00)

Schedule: 40 hours/week – 5 days

Job Responsibilities

• Handle calls, chats & emails

• Assist customers & partners with bookings

• Resolve issues quickly and efficiently

• Provide accurate information using internal systems

• Fluent in Croatian & English

• Strong communication & multitasking skills

• Basic computer skills

• Willing to relocate to Greece
