The Profile We're Seeking:
- Native or C1 level Portuguese proficiency.
- Fluency in English (B2/C1) for training and communications.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, content moderation, or a BPO environment.
- Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication in both languages.
