About the Role
Are you a customer service professional who speaks fluent French and English? We have an immediate, urgent opening for a Customer Service Representative supporting a major global Payment Solutions Account in Lisbon, Portugal!
In this role, you will assist users with payment-related inquiries, ensuring secure, high-quality support. This is a 6-month contract (CDD) perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the fast-growing fintech and payment solutions sector.
Salary & Financial Package
We believe in full transparency from day one. Here is the exact breakdown of your compensation:
- Base Salary: €930 per month (Paid across 14 months per year, giving you extra holiday and Christmas payouts!)
- Performance Allowance: €65 per month (Paid across 11 months per year)
What We Are Looking For
- Languages: Native or fluent (C1/C2) in French, paired with a solid C1 level in English.
- Note: Candidates must be able to achieve a C1 score on the Harver English assessment during the selection process.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in Customer Service, with a proven, strong customer-oriented approach.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working a 24/7 rotational schedule, including night shifts.
