Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via inbound channels.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding administrative, technical, and billing topics.
  • Guide customers smoothly through product features, subscription updates, and system changes.
  • Identify natural sales opportunities during conversations to maximize customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
  • Log interactions accurately in internal systems and escalate complex cases to specialized departments when necessary.

Requirements

  • Language: High proficiency in German (spoken, read, and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Ready to work rotating shifts between 09:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday (flexible 8-hour, 6-hour, or 4-hour options).
  • Mindset: A combination of a customer-first attitude and a drive for consultative sales.
  • Location: Willing to work on-site in Sofia for the first 4 months, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule (2 days remote per week) based on performance KPIs.
  • Legality: Must possess valid EU documentation or working rights to legally relocate to and work in Bulgaria immediately.
