Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any field; experience in customer service
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken, written)
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and in person.
- Communicate with Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking customers to understand their needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Manage appointments, service documentation, and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
