Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any field; experience in customer service
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken, written)
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and in person.
  • Communicate with Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking customers to understand their needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Manage appointments, service documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
