Key Responsibilities
- Provide premium, empathetic customer support in Italian via inbound phone, live chat, and email.
- Assist customers with sales inquiries, helping them choose the right luxury products and complete their purchases.
- Handle after-sales requests, efficiently resolving issues related to deliveries, returns, and cancellations.
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics (KPIs) focused on Customer Satisfaction, Booked Call Rates, and First Call Resolution.
- Participate in continuous weekly training and upskilling sessions to advance your professional profile.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Language: Native or C2-level proficiency in Italian; intermediate professional English (B2/C1) for training and system navigation.
- Technical Skills: Solid PC literacy; familiarity with MacOS and iOS ecosystems is a strong advantage.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 25 words per minute with at least 80% accuracy.
- Location & Eligibility: Must be currently based in Greece or willing to relocate to Athens, Greece.
- Experience: No prior experience is required! We provide comprehensive, paid world-class training to launch your career.

- Competitive Compensation: €1,045.72 gross monthly base salary.
- Performance Bonuses: Earn up to an additional €200 monthly based on your achievements.
