Support customers of one of the world's leading truck manufacturers, with around 92% of the role focused on roadside assistance. You will manage breakdown cases, coordinate repairs or towing, and provide general customer service regarding products and services.

Key details

• Primarily remote, based in Athens/Piraeus
• €1,045.72 gross/month
• Productivity bonus: up to €100/month
• Relocation support provided
• Monday–Friday with occasional weekends
• Rotating shifts, including nights
• Italian: C1/native
• English: B2
• No previous experience required
• Initial contract: 8 months
• Salary increases to €1,100 after 12 months and €1,150 after 3 years
