Portugese -Data Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer for a permanent opportunity in Belgium. We welcome Portuguese IT professionals with strong technical skills, proven project experience and a genuine willingness to relocate to or commute to Belgium.

Who We Are Looking For

• Portuguese IT professionals with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in Data Engineering or a closely related field.
• Strong practical experience with SQL and Python.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes and data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Spark, Airflow, dbt, BigQuery or Azure Data Factory.
• Proven experience delivering technical projects, with the ability to explain personal contributions and results.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Genuine willingness to relocate to or commute to Belgium, with a realistic timeline.
• Appropriate eligibility to work in Belgium or willingness to meet the applicable work authorisation requirements.

French language skills are an advantage but are not mandatory.
