English Digital Marketing Specialist – Lisbon, Portugal

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal

• Working Hours: 10:00 – 19:00 (Rotational Shifts)
  
• Schedule:
  
  • Initial Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 19:00, with two fixed shifts (07:00–16:00 / 10:00–19:00) and 2 rotational days off.
    
  • Future Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts (to be confirmed by client).
    

Compensation & Financial Package

• Gross Salary: €920 per month (paid across 14 months per year)
  
• Welcome Bonus: €2,000 paid across 12 monthly instalments (€166.67/month) during your first year
  
• Food Allowance: €7.63 per working day
  
• Attendance Bonus: €40 per 11 months
  
• Relocation: No relocation support provided (applicants must already be based in or able to relocate independently to Lisbon)
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer interactions and provide exceptional service, primarily in English.
  
• Assist customers within an advertising technology and digital campaign environment.
  
• Troubleshoot inquiries, support platform users, and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  
• Experience:
  
  • Previous experience in paid campaign management or digital marketing.
    
  • Prior experience in a Contact Centre or Service program for an Advertising Technology company.
    
• Skills: Strong customer-service orientation, familiarity with social media products, and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
  
• Flexibility: Full availability to work rotational shifts.
