German speaking Content Moderator

We are looking for a German-speaking Content Moderator to join our client You will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring user-generated content to ensure a safe and positive online environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and moderate content (text, images, video) according to internal policies and guidelines.

• Remove or flag content that violates community standards.

• Identify trends and escalate emerging issues to relevant teams.

• Maintain accuracy and consistency in moderation decisions.

• Handle sensitive and sometimes challenging content with professionalism.

Requirements

• Languages: German (C1 or higher, mandatory) and English (B2 or higher).
• Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or customer support is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of content.

• Resilience and ability to manage exposure to sensitive material.

• Flexible to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.

  Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday, 
  • 2 rotating days off per week
