About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team in Athens. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring they receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer requests in French via phone, email, and chat.

  • Provide information on products, services, warranties, and orders.

  • Guide customers through troubleshooting and usage instructions.

  • Handle complaints with professionalism and find fast solutions.

  • Escalate complex or technical cases to specialist teams when needed.

  • Record all customer interactions accurately in the system.

  • Represent the brand with professionalism and positivity.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in French (C1/C2).

  • Good English skills (B2+).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer service or technical support experience is a plus.

  • Basic technical knowledge of consumer products is desirable.
