About the Role
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team in Athens. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring they receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Respond to customer requests in French via phone, email, and chat.

Provide information on products, services, warranties, and orders.

Guide customers through troubleshooting and usage instructions.

Handle complaints with professionalism and find fast solutions.

Escalate complex or technical cases to specialist teams when needed.

Record all customer interactions accurately in the system.

Represent the brand with professionalism and positivity.
Requirements

Native or fluent in French (C1/C2).

Good English skills (B2+).

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Customer service or technical support experience is a plus.

Basic technical knowledge of consumer products is desirable.
