Brazilian Portuguese Content Moderator

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Content Reviewer to join our growing international team in Athens. In this role, you will help keep online communities safe by reviewing content shared on social media platforms and ensuring it follows the platforms policies and guidelines.

Your Daily Tasks

• Review and evaluate online content such as posts, comments, videos, and advertisements.

• Ensure content complies with platform policies and community standards.

• Identify and flag inappropriate or harmful content.

• Investigate user reports related to abuse, harassment, or policy violations.

• Provide assistance to users through chat or email when required.

• Work closely with internal teams to maintain content quality and safety.

• Stay updated on moderation guidelines and platform policies.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent Brazilian Portuguese (C1 level or native).

• Good English skills (B2–C1).

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, BPO, or similar roles.

• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

• Good typing speed (minimum 30 WPM with high accuracy).

• Awareness of online culture and social media environments.
