Position Overview

• Role: Italian & English Rent-a-Car Customer Service Consultant
  
• Location: Plovdiv or Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site)
  
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 19:00
  
• Salary: €1,350.00 gross/month
  

Key Responsibilities

• Represent a premier global car rental brand and deliver exceptional customer support.
  
• Communicate with customers via phone and email in Italian.
  
• Assist clients with reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and travel inquiries.
  
• Provide tailored mobility solutions to match customer needs.
  
• Collaborate with your team to share ideas and enhance service quality.
  

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent Italian (C1 level or higher) and good English for internal communication.
  
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
  
• Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic team player.
  
• Experience: No prior experience required — fully paid professional training is provided!
  
• Location: Willingness to work on-site in Plovdiv or Sofia, Bulgaria.
