Position Overview
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support customers in both Arabic and English, delivering exceptional service and contributing to a fast-paced team environment.
Key Job Details
- Salary & Compensation:
- Base Salary: €920 gross/month (paid over 14 months)
- Welcome Bonus: €1,000 (paid in 12 monthly instalments during your first year)
- Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
- Attendance Bonus: €40 per month (for 11 months)
- Base Salary: €920 gross/month (paid over 14 months)
- Relocation Package: Full relocation support provided to help you settle smoothly into Portugal!
- Schedule & Working Hours:
- Working Hours: 10:00 – 19:00
- Initial Schedule: Monday to Sunday (07:00 – 19:00 window), operating across two shifts (07:00–16:00 / 10:00–19:00) with 2 days off.
- Future Schedule (TBC): 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, with 2 rotational days off.
- Working Hours: 10:00 – 19:00
Requirements & Qualifications
- Languages: Native or fluent proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Education & Experience:
- Mandatory experience in paid campaign management.
- A degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Previous experience in Digital Marketing.
- Background in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Technology company.

- Skills:
- Strong customer service orientation with a dedication to resolving client inquiries.
- Familiarity and fluency with social media products and a basic understanding of digital advertising concepts.
- Ability to perform effectively both independently and within a collaborative team setting.
