Italian Recruiter - Lisbon (Relocation Support)

We are expanding our talent management department and looking for an Italian Recruiter. In this role, you will lead sourcing strategies for Italian-speaking roles, assess candidate profiles, and coordinate candidate placement.

Position Details & Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Management: Manage active talent pipelines by conducting structured phone screenings and evaluating candidate qualifications.
  
• Selection Process: Administer pre-selection tests, schedule follow-up interviews, and handle recruitment administration.
  
• Contract Type: 6-month contract with a 30-day initial trial period.
  
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,250 – €1,450 gross/month (commensurate with experience).
  
• Daily Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (approx. €154/month).
  
• Health Coverage: Health insurance included starting on Day 1.
  
• Relocation Package: Comprehensive relocation support offered to international relocators + accommodation. (excludes flight ticket reimbursement).
  

Candidate Requirements

• Native or C1-level proficiency in Italian alongside working proficiency in English.
  
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
  
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, customer support management, or HR.
  
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong active listening skills.
