Italian-speaking Luxury Automotive Customer Expert – Remote, Greece

Provide premium customer support for a luxury automotive brand, covering roadside assistance, connected mobility services and general customer service. You will assist customers by phone and email with breakdowns, digital services, technical questions and vehicle-related inquiries.

• €1,045.72 gross/month
• Productivity bonus: up to €250/month
• Relocation support provided
• Monday–Friday with occasional weekends
• Rotating shifts across 24/7 coverage
• Italian: C1
• English: B2
• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• Initial contract: 8 months
• Salary increases to €1,100 after 12 months and €1,150 after 36 months
