Portuguese-speaking Technical Customer Support Agent – Athens, Greece
A customer and technical support role for Portuguese speakers, helping customers by phone and email with service issues, software installations, product activation and basic troubleshooting. The role also includes customer retention, renewals, cross-selling and upselling.

- Monday–Friday
- Shifts between 13:00–02:00
- Portuguese: C1/native level
- English: B2
- At least 1 year of customer care or technical support experience
- Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android
- Basic knowledge of antivirus, firewall and security topics
- Opportunities to cross-train into premium technical support
- 40 hours per week, rotative shifts with 2 days off
