What You'll Do

As the primary point of contact for retail service customers, you will:

• Provide top-notch inbound support and guide customers through account and app setups (such as phone banking ID, T-PIN, and Postbank app configuration).
• Deliver friendly, helpful solutions while presenting product ranges with a helpful, sales-oriented mindset.
• Support central marketing campaigns and build trust with customers across Germany and beyond.

Working Schedule

• Shifts: Rotational shifts operating between 06:00 and 21:00, Monday through Sunday.
• Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week to rest and explore Porto!

What We Are Looking For

• Languages: Native-level or fluent proficiency in German (C1/C2) and strong working proficiency in English.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, customer-centric attitude, and a sales-oriented mindset.
• Location Readiness: Must be based in or able to relocate independently to Porto, Portugal (Note: Relocation support is not provided for this role).
