Job Overview

• Role: Digital Marketing Specialist (Italian & English)
  
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
  
• Work Model: On-site
  
• Language Requirements: Fluent Italian (Native/C1-C2) and English proficiency
  

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: €1,000 / month (paid across 14 months)
  
• Welcome Bonus: €2,000 total (paid in 12 monthly installments during year one)
  
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
  
• Attendance Bonus: €40 / month (for 11 months)
  
• Relocation Package: Shared apartment accommodation with fellow team members for up to 12 months (utilities included, deducted directly from payslip)
  

Schedule & Hours

• Working Hours: 10:00 – 19:00
  
• Initial Schedule: Monday – Sunday (2 rotation shifts: 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00) with 2 rotative days off
  
• Future Schedule: 24/7 rotative shifts (to be confirmed)
  

Requirements

• Languages: Native or fluent in Italian; strong command of English
  
• Experience: Paid campaign management and digital marketing experience
  
• Education: Degree in Marketing or a related field
  
• Industry Background: Contact Center or Service Program experience in Advertising Tech
  
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts
  
• Soft Skills: Excellent customer service mindset, strong team collaboration, and ability to work independently
