Key Job Details

• Position: Customer Support Specialist (CSS) — Taiwanese Mandarin & English
• Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Work from home for the first month until visa approval)
• Gross Salary: MYR 8,500 – 8,900 gross per month (includes language allowance)
• Schedule: 5 working days per week with 2 days off
  • Monday – Friday: Between 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Saturday – Sunday: Between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements

• Language: Native-level proficiency in Mandarin (Taiwan variant) and strong English fluency
• Education: Bachelor's degree (mandatory for Employment Pass visa processing)
• Experience: Basic knowledge of customer service principles
