What We Offer

• Base Salary: €920.00 / month (paid 14 times per year)
• Monthly Allowance: €110.00 / month (paid 12 times per year)
• Meal Allowance: €7.90 per working day
• Extra Earnings: Shift bonuses for weekend and night coverage!

Work Schedule & Flexibility

• Shifts: Rotational coverage between 08:00 and 03:00 (Monday to Sunday)
• Remote Perks: Working the late shift (18:00 to 03:00)? Enjoy the convenience of working 100% remotely from home!
• Rest Days: 2 rotational days off per week

What You'll Do

• Assist Portuguese-speaking customers with inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
• Deliver high-quality, friendly, and efficient service.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive, energetic team environment.

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent level in Portuguese (spoken and written) + B2 English.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
