French-Speaking Customer Service Technician

We are looking for a motivated French-Speaking Customer Service Technician to join our clients team in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer and technical support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and customers receive an excellent service experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (written and spoken).

• Good level of English.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
