Position: Customer Service Advisor with Dutch

Contract type: Labour contract for full-time (160 working hours per month)

Work model: Full office work

Location: Katowice, Poland

Tasks:

- Responding to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (outbound and inbound).

- Support customers with travel difficulties.

- Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal data

- Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services

contributing to the success of our client.

- Dealing with cancellations and refunds

Requirements:

- Dutch C1 and English B2 (both spoken and written)

- Excellent technical skills (MS Office, Browsers, general computer skills)

- Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues

- Previous experience in Customer service, digital service platforms and CRM tools is

an advantage
