Job Summary: As a Multilingual Specialist, you will have the opportunity to engage in various roles such as contact moderator, translator, customer service specialist, content moderator, account manager, and sales specialist. Your language skills and cultural insights will be essential in delivering exceptional support to our international clientele.

Main Requirements:

• Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) + English and additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, moderation, or account management is preferred (not mandatory)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with cultural nuances and practices in international markets.
