Retail Group | Operating Across the GCC

We’re hiring a Head of ERP to lead our Odoo ecosystem across a fast-growing luxury retail

group operating in the GCC. This role carries full ownership of ERP strategy, delivery, and

operations, supporting both offline retail (POS) and eCommerce at scale.

We’re looking for someone with strong, hands-on Odoo experience, combined with proven

leadership and delivery capabilities. Experience with other ERPs such as SAP or Oracle is a plus,

but Odoo is the core of this role.

What You’ll Own

 Define and lead the ERP strategy with Odoo as the core platform

 Drive transformation across Finance, POS, Inventory, Purchasing, and Warehouse

 Ensure scalability and performance for high-volume retail and omnichannel operations

 Own system architecture, integrations, and data flow across multiple business entities

 Continuously improve processes to align ERP capabilities with business growth

Execution & Delivery

 Lead end-to-end Odoo delivery including implementations, upgrades, and integrations

 Manage delivery using Agile/Scrum with clear timelines and predictable outcomes

 Oversee data migration, UAT cycles, and successful go-lives

 Improve delivery efficiency through better processes, tools, and team practices

 Manage external partners and vendors to ensure quality delivery and accountability

Business Partnership

 Work closely with Finance, Retail, Supply Chain, and eCommerce teams

 Gather and structure business requirements into scalable Odoo solutions

 Set priorities based on business impact and operational needs

 Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

Team Leadership

 Build, lead, and mentor a strong ERP team (functional and technical)

 Own hiring, headhunting, and team scaling

 Establish clear ownership, accountability, and delivery standards

 Develop team capabilities and ensure knowledge continuity

Technology & Operations

 Ensure stability and performance of Odoo in high-load POS environments

 Oversee production support and ensure timely response to business users

 Maintain solid understanding of cloud environments and deployment challenges

 Govern integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms

 Establish governance over access, customization, releases, documentation, and system

reliability

What We’re Looking For

 6+ years in ERP leadership roles with proven team management experience

 Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (v16 and above is a must)

 Deep expertise in Accounting, Purchasing, Inventory, and Warehouse modules

 Experience in retail environments with heavy POS usage

 Strong background in project delivery, timelines, and Agile/Scrum practices

 Ability to gather requirements, prioritize effectively, and deliver business value

 Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and ERP deployment considerations

 Experience with other ERPs (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus

 Technical background (Python, PostgreSQL, integrations) is a strong advantage
