Are you passionate about helping people and fluent in French? We’re on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our international team in Barcelona. Whether working from our modern office or combining home and office days, you'll provide top-notch support to French-speaking customers, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience every time.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from French-speaking customers

Assist customers with product or service-related questions and offer effective solutions

Resolve issues quickly and professionally, always aiming for customer satisfaction

Accurately log customer interactions using internal systems

Coordinate with other departments (e.g. logistics, tech support, sales) to solve more complex requests

Stay informed about company policies, updates, and procedures

Achieve personal and team goals related to customer service quality and efficiency
What You Bring:

Fluent French speaker (C2 level) – both written and spoken

Good command of English (B2 or above)

Experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus, but not required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A solution-oriented mindset with patience and empathy

Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce)

Valid EU work permit or visa to work in Spain
