Your Responsibilities:

• Moderate and assess content in Italian, ensuring it complies with platform guidelines and legal standards.
• Identify and remove harmful content such as hate speech, explicit material, and abusive language to ensure a positive online experience.
• Ensure content decisions are swift, fair, and consistent in line with community policies.
• Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex moderation issues and optimize processes.
• Stay on top of emerging trends in content moderation and online safety to provide proactive solutions.
• Meet performance targets while maintaining high-quality moderation standards.

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Strong communication skills in English for team collaboration.
• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to make quick and precise decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for online safety and helping to maintain a positive digital space.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
