The Role:
As a Dutch Content Moderator at Cross Border Talents, you will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content on our platforms adheres to community guidelines. You will play a key role in keeping the digital space safe, identifying inappropriate or harmful content in Dutch, and helping maintain a positive user experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate Dutch-language content across various platforms to ensure it complies with community guidelines.
- Identify and remove harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content to maintain a safe online environment.
- Make fair, consistent, and timely decisions to keep the platform safe and respectful for all users.
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex content issues.
- Stay updated on the latest content moderation practices, regulations, and industry trends.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve internal processes and moderation guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- A passion for maintaining digital safety and creating a positive online environment.
- Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus but not required.
