  • Conduct regular reviews of social media content to ensure quality and consistency.

  • Foster a positive community by promoting respectful interactions and handling sensitive topics with care.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French (both written and spoken); a good command of English is also required.
  • Previous experience in content moderation or social media management is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) and understanding of community engagement best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism in all user interactions.
  • Ability to manage and address sensitive content issues with tact and empathy.
