- Conduct regular reviews of social media content to ensure quality and consistency.
- Keep up with social media trends, new platforms, and content moderation best practices to adapt quickly to changes.
- Foster a positive community by promoting respectful interactions and handling sensitive topics with care.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in French (both written and spoken); a good command of English is also required.
- Previous experience in content moderation or social media management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) and understanding of community engagement best practices.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism in all user interactions.
- Ability to manage and address sensitive content issues with tact and empathy.
