What You’ll Be Doing:

• Moderate content (texts, images, videos) in German, ensuring compliance with community guidelines, standards, and legal requirements.
• Identify and remove harmful content such as hate speech, harassment, explicit material, and spam to maintain a positive user experience.
• Make clear, fair, and consistent decisions to ensure content meets the platform's guidelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex content issues and improve moderation processes.
• Keep up with trends in online content and challenges in the moderation world to continuously improve our approach.
• Meet efficiency goals while ensuring moderation quality and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Good command of English (for internal communication and collaboration).
• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is a bonus.
• Attention to detail and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of online safety practices, community guidelines, and internet security.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
