As part of our global operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all content across our platforms complies with company policies and community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content (texts, images, videos, etc.) in German to ensure compliance with community guidelines, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Identify and take action on harmful, inappropriate, or offensive content, including but not limited to hate speech, harassment, explicit material, and spam.
• Provide accurate and consistent feedback on content moderation decisions, ensuring that every action aligns with company standards.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex content issues and improve moderation processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving trends and challenges in online content moderation.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of content moderation policies and tools.
• Ensure the efficient and timely completion of content moderation tasks while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong command of the English language (for internal communication and training purposes).
• Prior experience in content moderation, customer support, or online community management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote work environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle high volumes of work.
• Familiarity with online safety practices, community guidelines, and internet security issues.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
