What You'll Be Doing:

• Moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos) in German, ensuring everything adheres to our policies and community guidelines.
• Spot and remove inappropriate content like hate speech, harassment, and anything that violates platform standards to maintain a positive environment.
• Provide clear, helpful feedback to users on content removals and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate closely with your team to ensure content is handled efficiently and quickly.
• Stay on top of industry trends, legal regulations, and best practices to improve content moderation processes.
• Problem-solve and manage sensitive issues with care and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Contribute to improving user experiences by maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in German (C2 level) and a strong command of English (B2/C1).
• Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or similar roles is a plus.
• A keen eye for detail and ability to identify inappropriate content quickly.
• Strong communication skills to handle content issues and provide clear explanations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
