About the Role:

We’re looking for a German-speaking Customer Experience Associate to join our growing team in beautiful Lisbon. In this customer-centric role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, delivering outstanding service and ensuring a smooth, positive experience across all interactions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in German

  • Understand customer needs and offer timely, effective solutions

  • Provide product or service information in a clear, friendly, and professional manner

  • Log all customer interactions in internal systems accurately and efficiently

  • Collaborate with other teams (technical support, operations, logistics) to resolve complex queries

  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer journey

  • Work towards individual and team KPIs related to service quality and response times

What You Bring:

  • Fluent in German (C2 level) – written and verbal

  • Good English skills (B2 or higher)

  • Previous experience in customer service, support, or contact centers is a plus

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Positive, customer-first mindset with attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and multitasking between tools

  • Valid EU work permit or authorization to work in Portugal

Working Hours:

  • Full-time: 40 hours/week
