Job Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Review and moderate German content on the platform to ensure that it complies with the company’s policies, guidelines, and community standards.
• Evaluate Content: Assess various forms of content (text, images, videos) for harmful, inappropriate, or offensive material and take appropriate actions such as flagging, removing, or reporting.
• Real-Time Decision Making: Make quick, efficient decisions to ensure content meets safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety and Compliance: Identify and address violations related to safety, harassment, hate speech, or other inappropriate content while ensuring the platform remains a positive space for users.
• Communication: Provide clear feedback on moderation decisions and collaborate with other teams to ensure adherence to platform guidelines.
• Escalation: Escalate complex or sensitive content issues to senior moderators or management for further action.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document decisions and violations accurately and report trends or emerging risks in user behavior.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams such as product development and customer service to continually improve content moderation processes and tools.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (both written and verbal).
• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make decisions quickly and accurately.
• Ability to handle sensitive or controversial content with professionalism and empathy.
• Familiarity with online platforms and their content policies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
