Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt resolution of their inquiries and issues.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting, product-related questions, and service concerns, offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, offering empathetic and effective communication at all times.
  • Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring smooth follow-ups and resolution tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues and ensure clients’ needs are met.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are completely resolved and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Stay informed on company products, services, and updates to deliver accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly, clear, and professional manner.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues quickly and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
