What You’ll Do:

• Review and moderate content (text, images, videos, etc.) in French, making sure it aligns with our community guidelines and legal standards.
• Spot and handle inappropriate content like hate speech, harassment, explicit material, and spam.
• Provide clear, consistent feedback to ensure all moderation decisions are top-notch.
• Team up with other departments to tackle complex content issues and improve the overall moderation process.
• Stay ahead of the curve on new trends and emerging challenges in the world of online content moderation.
• Contribute your ideas to improve content moderation policies and tools.
• Manage your tasks efficiently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent French (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Proficiency in English (for team collaboration and training purposes).
• Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is a big plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills—you're able to work independently and manage a heavy workload.
• Understanding of online safety and community guidelines.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for keeping the internet safe and welcoming!
