About the Role:

We’re seeking a native or fluent Italian Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Barcelona. As the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, you’ll be responsible for delivering a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service across various channels.

This is a customer-facing, inbound support role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and creating positive experiences. Whether you're working from our vibrant Barcelona office or part-time from home, you’ll be part of a supportive and multilingual environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, primarily in Italian

  • Deliver clear and accurate product or service information

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with care and efficiency

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in internal systems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, logistics, sales) to ensure fast and complete resolutions

  • Stay informed about company offerings, updates, and procedures

  • Meet individual and team performance targets related to customer satisfaction and resolution speed

What You Bring:

  • Fluent Italian speaker (C2 level) – both spoken and written

  • Good level of English (B2 or higher) for internal communication

  • Prior experience in customer support, contact center, or a service-related field is a plus

  • Strong communication and active listening skills

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital tools (experience with Zendesk or similar is a bonus)

  • Valid permit to work in Spain or EU citizenship

Working Hours:

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week
